These Bylaws may be amended at any meeting by a two-thirds vote of the members present and voting unless
otherwise required by law. All proposed amendments shall be submitted to the Secretary not less than
thirty (30) days prior to the meeting at which the said amendments are to be acted upon and notice of
such proposed amendments shall be given to the membership in writing no less than ten (10) days prior
to the meeting the amendments are to be acted upon.
