AMNESTY POLICY

You must maintain your membership in MCRA to hold a valid CSR license.

CSRs who have let their membership lapse have until December 31, 2008, to reinstate their membership/license.  Absolutely no extensions will be granted beyond that date.

Anyone owing back dues may pay them now to reinstate their membership/license.  Anyone owing one, two or three years’ worth of dues, including 2008, must pay that amount in full by December 31, 2008.  There is a three-year maximum cap, meaning anyone owing more than three years’ dues only has to pay the three-year amount.

Anyone holding a valid RPR, RMR or RDR license and/or a valid CSR license from another state in which that state’s test speeds are equal to or greater than our test speeds may apply for a MA CSR license.  Once approved, they must pay dues on a yearly basis for their license to remain active.

Anyone who does not wish to pay past dues may simply retake the CSR exam.
